Sporty Life Fitness is a Canadian owned company, offering programs in Ottawa school boards.  Our core mission is to provide fundamental movement and sport skill instruction through fun, active programs, which support our objectives – Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds and Healthy Lives.

Sporty Life Fitness was created to fill an increasing demand for accessible instruction of the fundamental movement and sport skills required for a healthy and active lifestyle.  Sporty Life Fitness programs are turn-key operations, with all administration handled by our managers and coaches.

Sporty Life Fitness employs coaches who have not only a passion for sport, but also a background in sport. Coaches we employ include a former Ontario Hockey League player and bronze medal Olympian.   We provide  most of our own equipment and have liability insurance coverage.  Sporty Life will handle all registration and member communications.  Our only request of our host schools is assistance with the distribution of our program information, so your students and parents are made aware of the programs and schedule available at your school.

Sporty Kids is our popular school based program, delivered before school, after school or during the lunch hour. Sporty Kids can also be offered during the evening, should facility space be available.  We cover a wide variety of sport and movement skills – introducing students to skills that will help them to be more active, and more confident in pursuing organized sport or recreation. Sporty Kids scheduling is very flexible; our experience indicates that a minimum of two sessions per week is required for students to retain the new skills and fitness being introduced.

The environment created by our Sporty Life coaches ensures that all students progress according to their individual capabilities.
