Q: What sports will my child learn in the Sporty Kids program?
A: Sporty Kids teaches children fundamental skills in volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field, hockey, yoga, and others that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in.

Q: How do I register my child in Sporty Kids?
A: Registration can be done on the website or over the phone:

Q: I’ve heard about the Sporty Life programs and would be interested in it running at my child’s school, what do I do?
A: Inform your schools principal of our program, show them the website and ask them to contact us to explore the possibility of offering Sporty Kids at your school.

Q: Does Sporty Kids replace the sports my children are currently registered in?
A: No. But Sporty Kids is a program that supports the Long Term Athlete Development model, introducing children to a variety of sports, teaching them the fundamental movement skills important for lifelong physical activity. Q: What is the format of a typical Sporty Kids class?
A: Sporty Kids classes are structured to get kids physical active and moving. Typical Sporty Kids classes will consist of stretching and a warm-up activity, skill development and a game which uses the skill learned during the skill development.

Q: If my child misses a class will a refund be issued?
A: Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class.

Q: What should my child wear when he/she attends a Sporty Kids session?
A: You must make sure that your child is wearing gym shoes together with shorts or pants that will allow him/her to exercise. On the first session, all registered Sporty Kids will receive a Sporty Life t-shirt that should be worn during the sessions.
